Pat Fitzsimons - Chief Executive
Born and brought up in Chicago, Fitzsimons came to the UK to study at Birkbeck College before embarking on a career in the voluntary sector. She has worked for a number of organisations dealing with a range of social issues, from community regeneration and renewal to projects delivering training and employment opportunities to inner city areas.
Throughout her career she has gained a reputation for successfully developing projects and increasing the impact they have on the communities they serve. From March 2008, worked as chief executive of the Community Network, a social enterprise providing telephone conferencing services to the third sector, which then uses the profits to support projects tackling isolation and social exclusion, before joining LCRN in January 2013.

Jo Ives - Programme Manager

VJ - ( Ed Tombs) - Finance Manager
Responsible for all aspects of financial management, forecasting, reporting and support to LCRN members as well as for supporting the LCRN Administration and Finance team.
Founder employee of LCRN with 20 years experience of supporting SMEs, voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations in the cultural, creative and environmental sectors. Co-founder and producer of the annual Buddhafield Festival and well known for leading some of London's most helpful meditation classes.

Mike Webster - Business Development Manager
Mike has worked across all parts of the recycling and resource sector for almost twenty years. He has introduced recycling and waste prevention schemes for a leading local authority, delivered strategy and training for councils and business across the UK, developed a nationwide textile recycling service and even managed a community composting scheme in the South Pacific. He has written and commented extensively on waste and recycling matters in the media , has an MSc in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management and is a Chartered Waste Manager.
