LCRN Approved As A Waste Smart Training Centre!

LCRN is delighted to announce that it is now offering Waste Smart Advanced, a one day course designed to offer accessible, practical and sustainable waste and resource management skills. It is essential for anyone new to the sector, anyone who has an interest in reducing the environmental and financial impacts of waste and anyone who has to deal with waste and recycling on a day-to-day basis.

In LCRN news: We would like to introduce you to a new service - Recycleopedia.com, we are hosting a Love Food, Hate Waste event on 12th March, we have a new HR support service and financial support service, and we will be holding a social value networking event on the 11th April. In members news: Premier Sustain has donated more than 1,000 items of furniture to local schools, Cultivate London has volunteer traineeships for young people available, Stepney City Farm appears in the Guardian, while you can help Vital Regeneration win $25,000 from JP Morgan. In London News: A new harbour could offset emissions from thousands of lorry journeys, while Hackney implements new changes to its recycling service.
