In members news: Premier Sustain has donated more than 1,000 items of furniture to local schools, Cultivate London has volunteer traineeships for young people available, Stepney City Farm appears in the Guardian, while you can help Vital Regeneration win $25,000 from JP Morgan. In London News: A new harbour could offset emissions from thousands of lorry journeys, while Hackney implements new changes to its recycling service.

In LCRN news: We would appreciate your feedback on our enews service, we are pleased to announce our new HR support service, we have a series of member events planned for 2013, we are also pleased to announce the launch of our new Community Resource Entrepreneur project (with LSx and TreeShepherd), LCRN has shared office space available to members, there are volunteering and training opportunities available, and please let us know if you have any plans for Climate Week. (Phew). In members news: The deadline for NLWA's 'It Pays To Plan Challenge' has been extended, Kotuku has been awarded lottery funding for their KELP project, and Waste Watch needs your help for England's Great Litter Count.

In LCRN news: We will soon be providing HR support to LCRN members, there is still space on our social media courses, and there is accredited training available through our Bright Sparks project. In members news: Waste Watch needs your help tackling England's litter, new economics foundation discuss the pros and cons of high speed rail (mainly cons to be honest), while Proper Oils has reduced ts carbon footprint again, and has received official confirmation. In London News: Changes are planned for London's congestion charge, and Hackney has converted to commingled recycling.

In LCRN news: We have upcoming social media sessions, and there is still time to apply for the Climate Week Awards and the Resource Revolution Awards. In members news: Waste Watch have called on the PM to tackle fuel poverty, Bikeworks announce the success of their Olympic project, and check out the Energy Action Group if you want to reduce energy costs. In London News: An Islington recycling project has been deemed a success, NLWA are set to announce the results of their food waste challenge, while the Mayor  challenges conventional thinking on climate change (sort of).

In LCRN news: LCRN is pleased to announce a 2013 member events programme, starting with free social media training sessions. Also, there is still time to apply for the Resource Revolution Awards, and the Climate Week awards. In members news: Made In Hackney have a community kitchen for hire, Arcola Theatre have a special offer on thanks to their new wood-burning boiler, and the Computer Aid sale is now on. In London News: The London Green Fund has not earmarked any community-based projects for funding, Putney High Street has broken annual air pollution limits 10 days into the new year, and the new Eco Park in Shepperton could land the Environment Agency in the dock.

In members news: Unpackaged is featured in the Independent, Best Before Project reports on 2012 successes, while EcoLocal and Bikeworks have been awarded funding to promote inclusive cycling. In London News: Islington Council is criticized over missed bin collections, while London Bridge Station is the most sustainable building ever. Possibly. In National News: A new survey suggests people may support 'fracking' more than first thought, there is a big fight over subsidies to wind energy, while research suggests that biofuels may exacerbate air pollution.

This is the final enews of the year, and possibly forever, if the Mayan doomsday prophecy turns out to be true. Probably not though. Enews will be back to normal in January, as it has been briefer than normal recently (for various reasons).
