Shoreditch Trust opened London’s first truly
eco-friendly training restaurant, Acorn House,
in Kings Cross in 2006 and then Waterhouse in Shoreditch in 2008.
Shoreditch Trust has now consolidated its social enterprise restaurant concept – Acorn House and Waterhouse - into one restaurant on one site, offering delicious seasonal food alongside a firm commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
