| Competiton rules |
|
- Entries must be between 100 and 500 words.
- The deadline for entry is noon on Wednesday 24th October. Winners will be notified that day and announced on Thursday 25th, pending acceptance of prizes by the winners.
- All entries must relate to true events.
- By entering the competition you allow London CRN rights to the stories and their promotional use.
- All Ticket Recipients must have a valid passport and any necessary visas and be available to travel on the Trip. You shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent for the Ticket Recipients. The Ticket Recipients are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance. Eurostar will not be responsible for any failure to comply.
- The Trip is comprised of the tickets only and does not include any incidentals, including but not limited to transportation to and from St. Pancras International, Paris Gare du Nord, travel insurance, meals, drinks or any entertainment in Paris.
- Please note that train tickets are non exchangeable, non transferable and non refundable.
- Eurostar (U.K.) Limited conditions of carriage apply to Eurostar trains, copies are available from Eurostar sales points and www.eurostar.com
- You accept that, Eurostar has the right (without any additional payment or permission) to use your organisation name and the names and photographs of the Ticket Recipients for the purposes of announcing the people on the train and for related promotional purposes. Each Ticket Recipient may be photographed or interviewed by journalists and you will be responsible for ensuring that you get all necessary consents for this.
- Eurostar may at any time for any reason elect to change or withdraw the tickets and shall not be liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss occasioned by any such election or by failure, however caused, to fulfil the terms of this agreement.
