LCRN staff work in three main teams that are focused on specialised core activities. The Resource Enterprise and Sustainable Communities teams work alongside the Programme Management team with a shared goal of providing members, associates and Greater London with best practice in sustainable resource management.

Resource Enterprise Team
Provides services to charities, community groups and social enterprises across London, ranging from income generation support and business planning to environmental auditing, contract brokerage and design.

Sustainable Communities Team
Specialises in project management and best practise sharing for our community based projects in London. They are split into four expert areas: The London Reuse Framework, REconnect community outreach, Urban Organics food waste and composting, and the Real Nappies for London campaign.

Programme Management Team
Works to ensure both Resource Enterprise and Sustainable Communities Teams get the support they need in delivering their projects, whether it be with communications, events or finances.
