The REalise programme is a two year programme funded by Trust for London and the London Reuse Network which aimed to improve employment opportunities for people aged 16-24, by providing in house training at the London Community Resource Network (LCRN) and work placements in our membership of Community Waste Member Organisations.

We have now reached our target of training 42 volunteers through the programme, so we are no longer accepting applications to the REalise Programme. However, if you are still interested in volunteering and training, LCRN have just set up the 'Bright Sparks Gateways to Employment Programme'.
