It also advertises other relevant up-and-coming sector training events held across London - search the event diary. master composters London CRN provides training courses for volunteers who would like to become Master Composters. Training is usually held at a city farm in London, and you'll get some practical tutorials as well as demonstrations and presentations on different ways of composting. The fully trained volunteer Master Composters provide support and information on home composting to householders in 15 London Boroughs. In addition, Master Composters are given the opportunity to promote the composting message at local events and by contributing to newsletters. Please note that London CRN is not currently recruiting new Master Composters. networking events A monthly social is organised to allow members, local authorities and fellow recyclers to meet for a drink and a chance to network. Some of the socials are arranged as a mixed social and seminar, which feature speakers presenting on a topic of relevance. The socials take place the first Thursday of every month, except January and August. |
