You will be responsible for getting the recycling service out come rain or shine so you need to be an effective manager with a can-do attitude and proven experience in an operational field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, and you must be able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve results against targets. There will be contact with councillors and members of the public, and you will need to be flexible enough to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
