If you are the CEO, managing director or senior director of a small or medium-sized enterprise, and feel that you may need expert support to develop your leadership and management skills, or want support to effectively grow your organisation and ensure its financial sustainability, then help is at hand. £1,000 grants are available to improve leadership skills in the areas of strategic management, growing the business, and employee engagement.

Social Enterprise London is working with the Skills Funding Agency to help organisations get up to a 50% bursary of up to £1,000 towards training costs for the MD, CEO, or senior director of social enterprises. Training does not need to be qualification-based, and can include one-to-one coaching or mentoring. Training should support the contribution of your staff to the business.
